12 June 2020 / 10:46Tehran (ISNA) – According to officials of Iran’s Health Ministry, Khuzestan is one of the worst-hit provinces of Iran during the outbreak of the new coronavirus.
At the beginning of the outbreak, few people were following social distancing guidelines in the Province.
Currently, more people of Khuzestan wear face masks and disposable gloves, but there are still people who do not wear them.
There are people in this province worried about the outbreak but are forced to be outside their homes.
Although restrictions of the coronavirus were imposed in the province, people were being seen in the streets for shopping while not following social distancing guidelines.
As a result, the daily cases of the coronavirus are much higher in Khuzestan Province in comparison with other provinces of Iran.
